I took this at Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge in Virginia. You're not supposed to feed wildlife! There were a couple gulls flying around. I saw another man in this group toss up a piece of food to a gull. Then another appeared, then a third. All of sudden, there were dozens flying around. His buddy started feeding them too. Instead of reporting them, I took pictures. This looks like a Frito.
