This flintlock rifle was displayed as part of a revolutionary war militia encampment at the Simsbury Historical Society April 25, 2026. I chose this rifle because it was not just a museum showpiece and was Oft-fired,
showing wear from years of being used. many thanks to those involved in a very interesting re-enactment.
